Design and Technology
At Wroughton Junior school, we believe that learning design and technology is an essential way to encourage critical, creative thinking and problem solving in a real-world context. Children will learn to develop skills relative to their interests and needs using the iterative process; learning how to evaluate, design and make with purposeful innovation. Children will develop a critical understanding of how technology impacts their daily life and how it makes an essential contribution to the creativity, culture, wealth and well-being of the nation.
